Tiny Tumblers

Length: 55 Minutes

Ages: (Ages 3-6)

Perfect for little ones with big energy! Tiny Tumblers introduces basic movement, coordination, and fun tumbling skills for ages 3-6. Through playful activities and guided exercises, kids build strength, balance, and confidence in a safe and fun environment.

Intro Tumbling

Length: 55 Minutes

Ages: (Ages 6+)

This beginner-friendly class is designed for athletes new to tumbling. Learn fundamental skills like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Intro Tumbling lays the groundwork for more advanced tumbling progressions.

Advanced Tumbling

Length: 55 Minutes

Ages: (Ages 8+)

For athletes ready to take their tumbling to the next level! This class focuses on mastering complex skills such as back handsprings, front handsprings, and introduction to tucks. With advanced drills and personalized coaching, athletes will enhance power, technique, and precision.

Elite Tumbling

Length: 55 Minutes

Ages: (Ages 8+)

Reach elite status with advanced tumbling techniques and high-level passes. Designed for experienced tumblers aiming to achieve skills including tucks, layouts and aerials . Expect challenging progressions, intense conditioning, and a focus on precision and execution.

Xtreme Tumbling

Ages:  (Ages 11+)

This invitation-only class is reserved for the best of the best. Designed for advanced athletes, Xtreme Tumbling focuses on elite-level skills like fulls, double fulls, and beyond. With expert coaching and a high-energy environment, this class pushes top-tier tumblers to perfect their technique, increase power, and perform like royalty.

High School Tumbling

Length:  55 Minutes

Ages:  (Ages 13+)

Geared towards high school cheerleaders looking to master the skills needed for game day and competitive routines. Learn and perfect standing tumbling, running passes, and combination skills, all designed to enhance performance on the sidelines or the competition floor.
